The cleaning process lacks thoroughness, a room spray would be ideal for the stale scent!!! Minor maintenance oversights affect comfort, like curtains falling off the rail and unreliable TV remotes!!!

Foodies will be thrilled with the on-site Italian and Gastro Bar restaurants, offering delectable dishes and craft brews. But beware of thin walls. Noise from neighbors can disrupt a good night's sleep. Staff seemed indifferent to complaints.

I had a blast with my friends on our trip! The location is convenient. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle, super helpful. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Just bring some extra blankets since it can get chilly at night.
We faced an issue with the AC not working properly when it was really hot. It took a while to get fixed, which affected our comfort.

Surprising customer service makes up
The staff's warm hospitality made checking in a delight. Despite our room being in a busy area, the friendliness of the team left a positive imprint.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled in the heat. We found it difficult to sleep comfortably at night with the rising temperatures. This could use improvement.
